Booth Sales, Stand-a-Bouts, & DoorDash
Booth Sales
Hold your booth outside of stores or other safe locations between February 3 - April 16, 2023. Set your table up with our delicious products. Make signs showing your troop goals. Remind customers that Girl Scout Cookies make great hostess, bus driver, and teacher gifts! Wrap a few boxes together with colorful ribbons for display and watch the sales soar!
Important Steps:
- Find a location in your area to have your booth sale. If you are having trouble locating one, call your SU for help. Great locations include banks, supermarkets, bagel shops, and places of worship.
- Confirm the date, time & location with your Service Unit Cookie Manager.
- Reserve your Booth Online - Product must be picked up and returned to the same Cookie Cupboard location.
- Have fun! Sell, sell, sell!
- Return any unsold product to the same cupboard no later than the Wednesday following each Booth Sale.
- After the booth sale has been entered into the system (about 1 week), be sure to go back to eBudde and assign the product sold to all of the girls that attended that day.
Stand-A-Bouts
For All Girl Scouts with their Troop or Family—host a booth in front of your home between February 3 - April 16, 2023! Together, learn the five skills, earn money for your Troop & get amazing rewards and patches.
How To Participate:
- Make an appointment online to request product pick up from the Cookie Cupboard. You can hold products for 1 week.
- Have Fun and Sell, Sell, Sell! - Decorate your stand to catch the eye of your friends, family, and passersby.
- Return any unsold product to the same Cookie Cupboard no later than the Wednesday following your stand-a-bout booth. To limit in-person interaction, you must pay for sold products online.
- Council Staff will assign/credit sold product to your Girl Scout for rewards and patches.
Special Booth Weekends
When you host a booth/stand-a-bout during the following weekends and sell 170+ boxes, you can earn the special weekend patch.
- February 3-5: Froze Your Cookies Off Weekend
- February 17-19: Cookie Splash Weekend
- March 3-5: National Cookie Weekend
- April 14-16: Fin-ish Strong Weekend
- May 4-7: May the 4th Be With You Weekend
DoorDash x Girl Scouts
We are teaming up again with DoorDash to offer Girl Scouts Cookies through contactless and same-day delivery!
You and your Troop can learn about DoorDash and earn credit* by volunteering at our Council office in Commack to provide this service to local customers.
Available Monday-Friday, 3-5 PM and Saturday 9AM - 12PM.
