Get ready to jump, stretch, and play your way to a healthier
you at our Fun and Fit program!
This exciting program combines fitness activities with valuable
lessons on how to live a healthy, active life. Join us for a
fun-filled program of exercise, games, and learning, all led by Coach
Joe, who has been inspiring Girl Scouts to live well for 24
years!
Activities will include:
Girl Scout Promise
Stretching and Exercising
Jumping Rope
Tug-o-War
Relay Races
Hula Hoops
And much more!
As you work up
a sweat, you'll also learn important health and wellness tips,
including:
Proper eating habits for energy and strength
Boosting self-esteem and confidence
Maintaining healthy minds
and bodies
The importance of good posture
Practicing fair
play and good sportsmanship
Whether you're jumping into a rope
challenge or competing in a relay race, you'll have fun while learning
how to stay active, eat right, and treat your body with care. Coach
Joe's expert guidance will ensure that you not only improve your
fitness but also build lifelong healthy habits.
