In this interactive program for scouts, girls will explore what it
means to eat local-from understanding where food comes from to
preparing seasonal recipes that support local agriculture. Using the
SNAP-Ed curriculum, participants will take part in a guided nutrition
lesson and hands-on cooking experience to earn their badge.

Level: Cadettes, Seniors, & Ambassadors.
Cadettes will earn their New Cuisines badge. Seniors will earn their Locavore badge. Ambassadors will earn their Dinner Party badge.
This is a drop-off event. (Safety coverage will be provided by GSSC Staff)
No tagalongs please.
