Join us at Camp Edey's fishing dock to learn about Long
Island's freshwater fish, practice the basics, and cast into the
Sans Souci Lake!
Location: Camp Edey 1500 Lakeview Ave Bayport NY 11705
Grade: Rising 2nd graders & 3rd graders
Girls will get a fun patch.
This is a drop-off event. Safety coverage will be provided by council.
No tagalongs please.
For safety, participants must wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. Be sure to wear clothing you don't mind getting messy. Please note that real fishing hooks will be used during this session, and there is always a risk of injury. A first aid kit will be available at all times. Participants must wear a provided life vest when standing on the dock.
