Community Service Initiative
Help Girl Scouts of Suffolk County show their love for the community and Long Island by volunteering and/or participating in service projects throughout the Girl Scout year!
Submit via our online form below to record your troop’s community service projects and hours toward our grand total of 100,000 hours! Individual Girl Scout and adult volunteer hours count, too.* Follow along throughout the year to see how we’re doing!
In the Spring of 2027, all participants will be given a GSSC "Girl Scouts Make The World a Better Place" Community Service Initiative Patch!
*You can backlog and submit hours earned starting from October 1st, 2026.
