Spread some holiday cheer by decorating a tree for local
transitional housing shelters, adult homes, and veterans' residences.
Your creativity and kindness will brighten the season for those who
need it most.
Dates: November 13 & 14
Time: 5:00 PM-9:00 PM (Each decorating session lasts 30 minutes)
Location: Juliette Low Friendship Center, Camp Edey, Bayport
We are accepting 70 trees this year-first come, first served.
Troops may attend with required adult supervision only. No tagalongs, please.
Tree Guidelines:
-Trees must be artificial and at least 6 feet tall
-Include a sturdy tree stand (tree skirts are welcome too)
-Decorations can be homemade or store-bought, but no glass ornaments for safety
-Trees should be purchased using Troop or Service Unit funds
-Clearly label your tree with your Troop and Service Unit numbers
-Let's make the holidays a little brighter, one decorated tree at a time.
