Girls will deepen their outdoor skills in this journey which consists of three badges—Night Owl, Trailblazing, and Primitive Camper—and completing a Take Action project.
They will work together to earn the three badges and then work as a group or individually to complete a Take Action Project to finish their journey.
Girls must attend all 3 sessions of the Outdoor Journey to Register
Registration Fee is $30 for all 3 sessions
Session 1 is Night Owl
**Please take note that this session is from 6pm-8pm
Night has captured human imagination since the dawn of time. But with modern-day electricity, it’s easy to overlook the mysteries and beauty of the world after the sun goes down. So grow your imagination and expand what you know (or think you know!). Turn out the lights, tune in your senses, and step out into the night! You will learn about local nocturnal animals, observe the stars and constellations, and make some fun nighttime snacks.
