September 3 - October 14: Initial Orders are taken. Forms due to Troop on October 14.
September 24: Fall Product Sale Rally
October 15 - December 6: Catch Up Orders - Begins for late Troops and girls with additional orders. (Don’t forget to allocate items to the individual girl.) Sales continue online.
October 19: Enter all of the girls’ nut orders at www.gsnutsandmags.com/gssc
October 21 - December 4: Booth Sales Begin - Check out our special Booth Sale Weekends & earn an additional patch.
October 29 - November 5: Delivery of Products - You will be notified by SU Fall Chair when and where to pick up products. You are responsible for the products you sign for.
November 19: Payment for Initial Sale. Due to any Capital One Bank branch. Only use deposit slips assigned to your troop. Give copy of deposit slip to your Service Unit Fall Chair by November 19 and save a copy until July 2017. Need Slips? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Week of December 5: Having Problems Collecting Funds? Complete the Outstanding Debt Collection Form. Attach required paperwork & forward to the Main Office in Commack.
December 5: Nut Sale Rebates will be direct deposited into your Troop Account. (Bill must be paid in full)
December 9: In order for all patches and rewards to be sent to your SU Fall Chair, allocation of product MUST be completed in TNOS via the M2 website.
