Come Celebrate with Your Service Unit At The Holiday Light Show

Discount Price for Service Units: $10 per car (reg. price - $12 per car)

The beautiful Holiday Village, which features the Hall of Trees at the Juliette Low Friendship Center at Camp Edey, will be available for Service Units to use for their holiday celebrations in conjunction with the Holiday Light Show!

Here are the guidelines:

• SU’s may sign up for one (1) of the available dates on a first come/first served basis.
• SU’s MUST pre-purchase a minimum of 30 Holiday Light Show tickets
  to reserve their place.
  • NOTE: We can only have a maximum of 175 people in the building. (If less than 30 tickets are pre-purchased, the building may be shared between two SU’s.)
• Building will be available for use between 5:30 - 7 pm
  
  • Party will start AFTER driving through the Holiday Light Show.
• SU’s must provide their own refreshments, music, etc.
  • SU’s will NOT have use of kitchen facilities
• SU’s will be asked to clean up their area before they leave.
• Details on photography will be posted later.

Dates Available

December: 3,4,5,6,10,11,12, or 13 (8 dates ONLY—Mon-Thurs)

Service Units must sign up via email, requesting time and date, no later than
October 31, 2012, to: mcoley@gssc.us

PLEASE NOTE: Once all spots are reserved, an email will be sent to all Coordinators.
(Once a date is secured, the SU must pre-purchase the required number of tickets within 1 week or the date will be offered to another SU to share.)
